I am a former Royal Marine who had a dream to open a fitness facility, driven by the community and members. This happened in 2016 with CrossFit Devizes since then I’ve never looked back, I have well and truly caught the bug and want to bring more fitness into the community.
I have been doing CrossFit for over 7 years and despite thinking I was super fit when departing the marines, I could not of been any more wrong, I spent my first few years of CrossFit practising and practising to master the basics. In 2019 I finished top 1% in the UK.
My sole purpose is to change people’s lives for the better through CrossFit and building amazing communities.
You’ll most likely find me eating or lifting something heavy.

Coaching is a passion of mine, it gives me a high! I do CrossFit not for the fitness or skills you gain/learn but for so much more than that! No matter where you are in the world you’re never too far from an awesome CrossFit community. That feeling of being welcomed with open arms receiving high fives (albeit sweaty ones) and feeling valued from the second you step into the box no matter who you are. That is exactly what I fell in love with.
Joining CrossFit is without doubt the single best thing that you can do for your health. CrossFit, the facility and even more so the people within it will make you a better person I have a been doing CrossFit for over 4 years now. SW1 is an idea myself and Adam have had for a long time and the idea is simple- create a unique stylish space that’ll rival any boutique gym, a gym that has members at the heart of the business and deliver exceptional CrossFit classes.
I have coached all over the world over the past few years from the UK to Cyprus to Bali and have a huge passion for making people better.
You’ll most likely find me on the Assault bike or listening to Taylor Swift.
For the last few years I’ve solely concentrated on just two Olympic lifts in my training; The Snatch and the clean and jerk. I’ve learned that patience is key with learning these technical moves. I put this patience into practise with my coaching and always ensure people move well and safely before moving forward too fast.
I absolutely love coaching and always make my sessions as fun as possible. I really like getting to know everyone and becoming part of a community that comes with a CrossFit gym.
I absolutely have a love for fitness and everything that comes with it.
I’ve always had a passion for helping others and CrossFit gives me the perfect way to exploit that. I’m constantly learning how to coach more effectively and make people get the most out of my classes. I really enjoy coaching all levels of athletes by breaking things down simply and finding what works best for each individual.
I’m a relaxed and approachable coach but don’t let that fool you, I’m constantly watching to make sure you’re getting the best out of yourself and the class.
