For the last few years I’ve solely concentrated on just two Olympic lifts in my training; The Snatch and the clean and jerk. I’ve learned that patience is key with learning these technical moves. I put this patience into practise with my coaching and always ensure people move well and safely before moving forward too fast.
I absolutely love coaching and always make my sessions as fun as possible. I really like getting to know everyone and becoming part of a community that comes with a CrossFit gym.
