Crossfit

Our OG/ primary class. This class has it all, we combine weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning all together to make a complete workout of the day. Typically we include a strength/skill element, Warm up, movement practise, the workout, High fives and a cool down. Ignore the jargon though it’s basically 60 mins of fitness that’ll leave you wanting more. Jump on this class daily to get the most out of your membership!
